Kobe/LeBron Puppet Commercials for Nike

These puppet commercials by Nike featuring Kobe Bryant and LeBron James really rubbed Dwight Howard the wrong way. They were featured in SLAM magazine this July 2009. I think the match up between these two popular athletes is over-hyped, even before they face each other in the NBA finals.

So far Kobe Bryant has held up his end of the campaign. Now David Stern's dream for a Lakers-Cavs Finals, as it is anticipated to soar in the ratings, spoiled by the Orlando Magic, crushing Cavaliers and winning the Eastern Conference Finals, 4-2.

Watch Susan Boyle Finals Performance Britains Got Talent

Friends gathered at the Blackburn, Scotland, community centre to watch singer Susan Boyle compete in the final of 'Britain's Got Talent' today. She finished second.

Favorite Susan Boyle was still one of the best performance with her soaring voice on the Finals of Britain’s Got Talent, May 30. Susan, who chose to sing again the song that first brought her fame, "I Dreamed a Dream", was gracious in defeat—saying “the best people won” and wishing them “all the best”.

Although she lost the home-telephone poll of the viewers of Britain's Got Talent to winners street dancers Diversity. Even if she wasn't able to fulfill her dream performing before the Queen, she caught the attention of million of fans around the world, she still a winner.

The 48-year-old Internet sensation placed still took home $159,000 cash prize, not bad.

I thought, all you have to do to answer all your critics is sing the song we all fell in love with, sing it better than you did last time, and Susan, I’m not supposed to favor anyone in this competition as a judge, but forget it, that was the greatest performance I’ve seen in ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ history, you should win this competition, I loved it!


BGT Judge Amanda Holden seconded his praise and added that Simon Cowell had a tear in his eye, and I’ve never seen that before.

Referring to her weird seven weeks and he said, You had every right to walk away from this and a lot of people said you shouldn’t even be in this competition, that you’re not equipped to deal with it. For what? For you to sit at home with your cat and say I’ve missed an opportunity? I completely disagree with that. Win or lose, you had the guts to come back here tonight and face your critics, and you beat them. And that’s the most important thing. Whatever happens, and I’ve got to know the real Susan Boyle, who is not the person I’ve seen portrayed in the media, you can walk away from this, win or lose, with your head held high. I absolutely adore you.

• erik chua is not a doctor, he is a businessman whose into DVD replicating machines. Hayden and Chua met in parties both attended as adults, they were not frat buddies in UST.
• there is a new name, Bistek Rosario who is a doctor and is a long time friend of Hayden. They were friends wayback at UST where they studied medicine. He is the frat brod of hayden.
• rosario has a girlfriend who works at Belo’s clinic. this girlfriend of rosario had an affair with hayden.
• the news says it was Rosario who took the video copies from Hayden’s computer who most likely gave them to Chua who distributed the videos to the internet and Quiapo.
• hayden’s mom is holding back on many things she knows but she did say katrina is more quilty that what we are being led to believe.
• lolit solis seem to be involved with the katrina as more guilty angle. She has also been talking a lot about the people involved in the scandal, many unsavory and uncalled for.

Hélio Castroneves of Brasil took his third Indy 500 title after winning back-to-back 500s in 2001 and 2002.

This year’s winner is accustomed to the tradition of drinking milk in Victory Lane at Indy. Why milk? Why is it in a bottle?

It all started in 1933. After Louis Meyer won his second Indianapolis 500, he requested a cold bottle of buttermilk to quench his thirst. The Yonkers, NY native had grown up drinking the beverage and favored it throughout his racing days.

Three years later, Meyer won his third title and, again, he requested a cold glass of buttermilk to celebrate. This time, a newspaper photographer snapped a photo of Meyer taking a swig from the bottle while holding up three fingers, one to represent each of his Indy victories. Kris Allen Wins American Idol 2009 | No Boundaries Video

From Top 36 to Top 12 down to Top 2, The votes have been cast and America has decided that their next idol is Kris Allen. I guess Adam Lambert loses because of too much antics for the public, and lacking a hometown vote.

Uploader of Haydeh Kho S-ex Videos Revealed

Uploader of the Hayden Kho Scandals have been identified. The perpetrator was a fraternity brother of Kho at the Med school in University of Santo Tomas.

Philippine censors chief Edu Manzano, in a radio interview with Ginger Conejero of Umagang Kay Ganda, has named a certain Dr. Eric Johnston Chua as the alleged source of four lengthy videos showing Dr. Hayden Kho in sexual acts with a female purported to be model Maricar Reyes.

And reportedly more videos are coming out allegedly stolen from a computer hard drive belonging to Dr. Hayden Kho, who has been involved in a string of sensationational scandals in the predominantly Catholic country, including the infamous “Hayden Kho - Katrina Halili Scandal.”

As Kho’s sex videos grew like mushrooms in the Internet these past days, it became hot topics in forums and news and caught the attention of several government organizations and officials, particularly Gabriela party-list group and Senator Bong Revilla.

Senator Allan Peter Cayetano even proposed a shame campaign against the doctor, saying it would be a harsher punishment if people surrounding Kho will repeatedly remind him what he has done by strutting a “shame on you” sign.

I'm pretty sure, he is in a hell of a trouble now. The question is why did he upload the videos online? To get even with his peer allegedly scorned her sister, too?

LA Clippers won NBA Draft Lottery 2009

LA Clippers, the perennially beleaguered franchise moved up from having the third-best shot at the No. 1 overall selection, ahead of the Memphis Grizzlies and Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Clippers will able to rebuild their franchise by grabbing Oklahoma's Blake Griffin in the Draft come June 26.

The last time, the Clippers were the top pick in 1998, they used it to draft Michael Olowokandi, who turned out to be a bust and was heavily criticized.

For the sixth straight year, the worst team wasn't able to hold on with the top pick. The Sacramento Kings, with the league's worst record, were slotted first overall with a 25% chance at the top selection — yet dropped to fourth. The Washington Wizards also fell, from second to fifth.


Having identical 19-63 record, LA Clippers lost a tiebreaker with the Washington Wizards. In losing, the Clippers would receive one fewer combination -- 177 -- than the Wizards' 178. Had the Clippers won the tiebreaker, the top pick would have been the Wizards' combination.

Memphis was another team that benefitted from losing their tiebreaker on April 19, as the Grizzlies finished with an identical 24-58 record with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Had the Grizzlies won, the Timberwolves would have had that sequence of digits.

Since this system went into place in 1994, only two teams — Orlando in 2004 for Dwight Howard and Cleveland in 2003 for LeBron James— with the NBA's worst record one year have actually won the No. 1 pick the next.

It seems quite clear that they will be facing come June, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James are featured together on the cover of the latest edition of SLAM Magazine July 2009. Here’s a first look at the new Slam Magazine issue # 129 featuring the top 2 ballers in the league.



The mag, which is available now, is saying that it’s inevitable that James’ Cavs and Bryant’s Lakers are going to meet up in the NBA Finals. The dream matchup most NBA fans and definitely the league wants to see.

American Idol Season 8 Winner: Adam Lambert or Kris Allen

Next week we will know who between the American Idol top two will win in the American Idol 2009 finale. Who will it be? The screamer or the quiet soul man. The flashy, LA rocker against the mellow, humble small-town crooner.

Britain's Got Talent singing sensation Susan Boyle and "American Idol" judge Simon Cowell are coming on the Oprah Winfrey Show for a special episode. She will appear from her Scottish homeThis episode will release on 11th May, 2009.



The Episode title is "The World's Got Talent." Susan Boyle and Simon will also debut artist from around the world that he named "the next big thing."

This new Antonio Federici ad promoting their Gelato Italiano is causing waves and controversy in the UK. With the ads that says "Kiss Temptation" shows a nun and a priest about to kiss.

Chinese workers urged to boost economy by smoking

Bizzare news! The government of a Hubei, China is asking officials to smoke nearly a quarter million packs of locally made cigarettes or face fines.

State media report that the Gong'an county government in Hubei province is looking to boost their locally produced cigarette brands by asking staff to smoke 230,000 packs of cigarettes. Brands like Huanghelou reportedly face competition from competitors in the neighboring Hunan province.

Some 350 million Chinese currently smoke, with around a million dying from smoking-related diseases every year. Meanwhile, a Chinese pharmacist is trying to help his country and others kick the habit. Hon Lik invented the electronic cigarette , which uses a small lithium battery that atomizes a liquid solution of nicotine. When someone inhales, it looks like they are taking in smoke, but it's really just vapor similar to "stage fog."

Two quick rounds and Hatton was out of the game! It took Hatton at least 5 mins to get up from a clear disappointment. The British fans had their moment of silence hoping that Hatton’s just alright.

Pacquiao grabbed Hatton's IBO Light Welterweight crown. With the victory, Pacquaio become the first Filipino and Asian boxer to have five world titles at five different weight divisions, increasing his previous record of four.

Who will fight him next? Floyd Mayweather Jr. returned from his retirement, maybe to have a crack on Pacquiao. During the match, ZERO crime rate, ZERO traffic, (no cars on the road). Expect another sensationalized coverage by the Philippine media in the coming days.
