There is a special X-Men episode that Spiderman met the X-Men. Professor X even asked Spidey to join X-Men but he declined. He even had a fight with Wolverine in that episode.
meron ganun sa cartoons? shame, i missed that.. pwede kayang gawin sa movie yun, x-men w/spiderman? what a collaboration! for sure blockbuster yun!
